A curated London directory

Vetted

A small editorial directory of London dog professionals. Hand-picked, personally checked, and editorially noted. We list the people we'd trust with Napoleon — and tell you why, in our own words.

01 How we choose

The discovery call

Every Vetted vendor starts with a conversation. Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. We want to understand why they do what they do, who they're best for, and how they work. We meet the people behind the business, and we leave the call knowing whether we'd put our own dog in their hands.

The directory is deliberate. Each category has a hard cap per London area, so each listing sits in a small group — never one of hundreds. The point isn't to be comprehensive. It's to be right.

02 What makes the list

The categories we cover

Six categories, chosen because they're the services discerning London dog parents actually book — the ones where the difference between an average vendor and a great one is felt every day.

Wellness

The whole world around the dog — what they eat, where they sleep, how their space is designed. Gut health, anxiety, considered food, interior designers who think about dogs, and the wellbeing places that treat care as more than a service.

Groomers

The London groomers who treat your dog's coat the way a good colourist treats your hair. Specialists in breed-appropriate styling, low-stress handling, and the small details that separate a good cut from a great one.

Daycare, sitting & walking

The people who look after your dog when you can't. Small ratios, trained handlers, insurance, daily reports, and pick-up where it's offered. The standard we hold is the one we'd hold for Napoleon.

Trainers & behaviourists

Calm, considered practitioners who understand behaviour at its root and work with your dog's emotional state, not against it. The ones we'd send a friend to when something's stuck.

Newly listed

Photographers

The dog photographers whose work belongs on a wall, not a phone. Considered composition, natural light, dogs treated as characters rather than props.

Experiences & travel support

The meet-ups, classes, members' clubs and dog-friendly venues that make London feel built for dogs — and the hotels, sitting, transport and relocation help for when you're away. Run by people who think about it properly.

Vetted is in formation. Our first listings are coming through the coming weeks, one vendor at a time. We'd rather list fewer vendors well than more vendors quickly.
