For founders Tim and Toni, every decision starts with one question: “Is this the best thing for the dog?” If the answer isn’t yes, they don’t do it. Tim, a former Royal Marine, found a new purpose working with dogs, and that calm, patient approach runs through everything at Dirty Dog Washes. Whether it’s a nervous puppy’s first visit, an older dog needing a little extra time, or a muddy spaniel who’s had the time of their life, every dog is treated with the same care and respect.

Together, Tim and Toni have created the kind of grooming salon and boutique they’d want for their own dog: somewhere clean, welcoming and genuinely dog-first. From the self-service wash station and ethically sourced toys, treats, beds, collars, harnesses and leads to thoughtful touches like a back-door step-free entrance for older dogs and an outdoor puppy-safe area for when everyone needs a breather, everything has been designed to make grooming less stressful for both dogs and their humans.
